What is the return and exchange policy?
|
Soge Shirts (CafePress.com) offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.
* Flip Mino Camcorder refunds are subject to a $55 restocking fee.

CD Return Policy
CDs purchased from Soge Shirts (CafePress).com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment via our Returns Center. CDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
Defective CDs will be exchanged for the same CD title.

I have not received my order, what can I do?

Check the status of your order by visiting your Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order.
When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders.
If your order has been shipped via UPS, you may track it using links provided in your order detail.
If your order has been in transit or production for longer than the stated transit or production time feel free to Contact Us for further assistance.

What are your shipping rates ?

Soge Shirts (Cafepress) offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout and most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites.

Because of the extra care we take to ensure your items are received undamaged and in perfect condition, posters, yard signs, banners and framed prints are shipped in separate packages. These products incur 2 1st item shipping costs.

Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout. Sign into your account to track your orders.
Soge Shirts (Cafepress.com) does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Large orders (100+ items), delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, to Hawaii, Alaska, issues to designs or media may all delay delivery of your order.
*Economy shipping is unfortunately not available for orders of more than 5 items due to our carrier's weight restrictions.
**1-Day Shipping orders received by noon EST on a business day will arrive next business day. Orders placed after noon EST will arrive in 2 business days. Large orders that contain more than 100 items or orders that contain books may require longer processing times and will arrive the next business day after they are processed and shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most international locations. International orders may take up to 10 - 14 business days for delivery (2 business days process + 8-12 business days in transit). How do I change my order?
|
If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item or alter your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Customer Service may be able to fulfill your request depending on your order's status in production. Please contact Customer Service with your order number and the product number of the item you wish to alter/add to ensure accuracy. |
What are your Printing Processes?
Soge Shirts (CafePress.com) uses many state of the art technologies to produce the items we sell. Each of these technologies has its own strengths and weaknesses in relation to color reproduction. Each process has its own color space, or number of colors that it can accurately produce. CafePress.com has made the conscious choice to allow each process to use its entire color space to allow maximum image quality. Because each process is unique and cannot achieve the same color space, some colors may vary between processes. We are continuing to come up with new technologies and processes to deal with color - stay tuned!
Processes
Digital press printing
We use state of the art digital printing presses to print your goods, these aren't what you see down at the local copy shop. Each press employs the most cutting edge technology to create high quality prints. All images are printed at 144 lpi creating beautiful detailed output. Soge Shirts (CafePress.com) is dedicated to using the best presses in the world, we are constantly attending industry shows and upgrading our presses whenever quality can be increased.
Thermal wax resin printing
Thermal wax resin printing allows us to print directly onto your cd at an amazing 160 lpi (typical retail cd's are printed using screenprinting which yields a maximum 85-120 lpi). Thermal wax resin printing uses heat to create a permanent bond between the cd and the image. The result is a durable print that is waterproof and scratch resistant. You can be assured that the result is not only beautiful, but durable.
Sublimation
Sublimation uses heat-activated inks that change into a gas when heated and have the ability to bond with polyester or acrylic surfaces. Once the process of sublimation takes place your image is permanently tattooed to your product. Sublimation will leave the surface of your product smooth to the touch, and can reproduce photo quality images. Soge Shirts (CafePress.com) uses a special coating for all of our hard goods, making your products dishwasher and microwave safe.
Digital inkjet
Our 6 color digital inkjet printer produces high quality fine art reproductions. Printed on acid-free paper with pigment based archival inks, you can be assured your print will stand the test of time.
Large format digital inkjet
Our state-of-the-art 6 color large format inkjet printers produce vivid photo quality posters. Printed on glossy paper, your poster will pop with detail and clarity. We use pigment-based inks that are both durable and provide a large color gamut for exceptional poster quality.
Large format digital solvent-based inkjet
Our state-of-the-art 4 color large format inkjet printers produce vivid photo quality prints. Printed on a variety of substrates your product will pop with detail and clarity. We use solvent-based inks that are both durable and provide a large color gamut for exceptional print quality and image depth. Weatherproof for up to 2 years, UV and scratch resistant, this form of printing is ideal for products requiring outdoor durability and waterproof qualities.
Direct Printing
With Direct Printing, we print direct-to-fabric with no transfers. The result is a matte image that moves with the garment because the ink is actually embedded in the fabric for ultimate wearable comfort. After a few washes, you will notice the great durability of Direct Printing. That means greater image staying power.
Heat Transfer
Heat Transfer is as durable as screen-printing, but offers more detail. Heat Transfer uses heat to create a bond between the resin and the T-Shirt, locking the ink between the two layers. Heat Transfer has a slight plastic feel when first worn, however, this feel will diminish after washing.
InfiniStitch™ Embroidery
InfiniStitch™ Embroidery is a patent pending process that allows for infinite thread colors and increased image resolution over traditional embroidery. InfiniStitch™ Embroidered products accurately reproduce photographs, gradients, and highly detailed images. As in traditional embroidery dyed thread is used to create a long lasting and permanent InfiniStitch™ Embroidered product.
Are your products made to order?

Yes, all of our products are made-to-order using our print-on-demand technology. That's right! Each time we receive an order from your online shop, our production facility jumps into action to produce and ship your high-quality finished product. |
What are your different payment methods?
Soge Shirts (CafePress.com) accepts credit cards, CafeCash and CafePress.com gift certificates as payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards (as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above). You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Paying by Check Card? If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, or MasterMoney Card enter it as if it was a regular credit card.
